Hotel Hacienda Cancun

Pretty and nice little hotel in an excellent area next to restaurants and the bus station and Parque de Palapas/Bus Station and the park. Accommodating staff providing good services. Good-sized and individual room, a shower and bath sheets in the room. Toast and cereals provided. Really enjoyable stay, as always.

Possibly the best and perfectly pleasant stay for an One Night Visit. Absolutely perfect central location, near to central downtown, restaurants and ado bus station and mercado 28. Plus, walking distance to clips.

The rooms need a serious overhaul, as they are not clean and feel worn down!!! The lack of a functional WiFi connection in the rooms is absurd!!! Improvements on the general upkeep would help a lot!!!

Had a blast with my friends! We visited nearby attractions and enjoyed the clean facilities. The pool was a great hangout spot. Just a heads up, it's a budget stay, so don't expect luxury. But if you want an affordable place with decent amenities, this is a good option!

One downside was the rude receptionist. She tried charging us more than our quoted rate, frustrating. Thankfully, the manager resolved it, but it left a bad impression.

I really appreciated staying close to mercado 28, only about 500 meters away and perfect for strolling among local shops, while the nearby parks provided a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a busy day of exploring the city. The hotel staff were friendly.

A Friendly Stay with Amenities Needs Some TLC

The room, though basic, lacked some amenities like a security lock and TV. Breakfast was minimal. Expect just toast and coffee. Consider bringing your own snacks or explore nearby dining options for a better experience.

Comfortable room, clean amenities, with the added benefit of free wi-fi in public areas, and it's conveniently located just a short walk to numerous public transportation options.

Nothing all good

The stay included nice rooms with attached bathrooms, though the bathroom was average, it was clean. Being centrally located allowed easy access to local spots, with a grocery shop and a café just across the street. Staff were friendly, but communication was sometimes difficult due to language barriers. Breakfast was disappointing. The coffee was undrinkable and the toast did not justify the wait.

The hacienda-style architecture added charm, and the staff was cute. It exceeded my past experiences in cancun by providing a relaxed atmosphere and easy access to local attractions.
